About this role
Is this you?
✅ You're chronically online — and proud of it
✅ You've sent someone a TikTok at 11pm with the caption "we need to make this"
✅ You see a scroll-stopping hook in the wild and immediately screenshot it
✅ Your brain auto-generates ad angles at brunch, in the shower, on the bus
✅ You physically cringe when you see a boring ad
If you just nodded at 3 or more of these — keep reading.
LURN MEDIA
is the leading paid social & creative agency for education. We've worked with 100+ education brands in 26 countries and managed $15M+ in ad spend and produced over 10,000 ads.
We don't do generic. We don't do boring. And we definitely don't do stock footage of smiling students holding textbooks.
We stop scrolls. We fill classrooms. And we're looking for someone who's as obsessed with this as we are.
And we're currently hiring a 100% Remote Content & Social Media Strategist (Meta & TikTok Ads).
Here's what you'll actually be doing:
🎬
Ideating and executing creative strategy
for Meta & TikTok campaigns across some of the world's most exciting education brands — MBAs, upskilling programs, learning apps, online courses and more.
📱
Living in the Ad Library, Reels, and TikTok For You Page
like it's your second home — spotting trends, dissecting winning hooks, and figuring out why some ads stop the scroll while others get buried.
✍️
Writing direct-response copy
that hits pain points so accurately it makes prospects feel seen. Headlines, hooks, UGC scripts, CTAs — you'll own all of it.
🎙️
Scouting and briefing UGC creators
to bring your vision to life — because authentic > polished. Every. Single. Time.
👥
Managing a team of designers and video editors
to turn your concepts into conversion machines.
📋
Building systems that scale
— brief templates, UGC recipes, static ad frameworks — so the team moves faster and clients stay happy.
The role is NOT for you if:
❌ You think a $50,000 high-production video beats...
