What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist with internal projects as a Workday Procurement Business Analyst
• Build project timelines and ensure deadlines are met through effective project management
• Write test scripts, coordinate testing processes, and track test progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Utilize Smartsheet or similar tools for project management and testing

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a major company
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects and teams
• Expertise in Workday, including implementations, testing, and Supplier Onboarding & Connections
• Knowledge of Workday Procure to Pay processes and project experience
• Experience in creating, managing, and reporting on test scripts

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the technology and/or media industry
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, particularly in setting it up for large companies and their PMO functions
