About the role, Your Impact

Baxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager in our Houston or Katy, Texas office.This position oversees the work of others and assigns work to a team of employees within the Water/Wastewater Department. This includes management of both small projects and large complex projects involving special skills and multi-disciplinary teams. Must develop strong relationships with clients and perform the role of client manager. Makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and impact company's performance and activity. Supervises and coordinates the activities within the department in support of corporate policies, goals, and objectives. Represents the company in the industry and sets an example for staff.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Prepare and/or monitor project scopes, budgets, schedules to ensure an economical timely delivery of projects.
• Manage multiple projects in the development of plans, specifications, and technical reports for water, wastewater, and other municipal type projects. Manage feasibility studies, preliminary engineering reports, and other evaluation reports.
• Represent the company in client and agency meetings to resolve questions and to plan and coordinate work.
