### Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and animate product ads, promos, and logo animations for social, paid, and in-app placements
- Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that drives downloads and engagement.
- Create static and motion designs across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Translate business and product briefs into clear, visually compelling stories.
- Protect visual brand consistency across every asset you ship.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership; iterate fast on what's working.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of professional design and motion work, with a portfolio that proves it.
- Strong command of the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects at minimum.
- Demonstrated skills in logo animation, product ads, and short-form social video.
- A real understanding of branding and communication. You can take an idea and find its visual story.
- You produce great work with limited assets and tight timelines, not only when conditions are perfect.
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they fit into a modern creative workflow. You don't need to use AI for everything, but ignoring it in 2026 is a signal.
