Responsibilities:

Design human-centered solutions: Design solutions that meet user needs and business goals across devices within a complex application ecosystem. Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability standards in a banking context.

Understand user needs and business goals: Conduct user research and discovery activities to identify user and business requirements, ensuring design solutions align with the context and objectives.
