UX/UI Designer
360training is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Marketing team. This role works in a hybrid marketing and UX/UI design role, creating engaging marketing and digital assets as well as intuitive website user interface designs.

Working as part of an in-house team (with an agency-style fast-paced environment), this designer helps produce social media graphics, banners, landing pages, and sales collateral while also designing website visuals, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

They collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints, elevating both the company’s marketing materials, brand, and its UX/UI. This role requires balancing creative graphic production with user-centered design thinking, using tools like Figma daily to iterate on design systems and deliver consistent, high-quality visuals.

Primary outcomes include delivering on-brand marketing assets, improving live site UX/UI, and supporting consistent adoption of the design system.You will report to the Senior Creative Manager within the Marketing Services team. This position is f...
