This position is part of our ongoing talent pipeline. We regularly meet designers who may be a strong fit for upcoming client projects. While we review candidates continuously, the start date depends on project availability. Our goal is to ensure that each designer joins a project where their skills, interests, and experience can have the greatest impact.

### What we expect from your skills & knowledge:

• Experience designing **SaaS products** (web and mobile applications) with understanding of **business context** — you know why the product exists and who it serves
• **Product thinking** mindset — you can connect design decisions to user needs and business goals, participate in discovery, and contribute beyond the screen
• Strong command of **design principles, typography, composition, and interaction patterns** — and the ability to **frame a problem** before jumping to solutions
• Experience building and working within **design systems**
• Confident in **Figma** as your primary tool and use **AI** as part of how you design — for research, synthesis, and prototyping
