About this role

Be Part Of A Dynamic Team:

Join a high-performing engineering team focused on
advancing next-generation thermal systems for data center, AI, HPC, hyperscale, and mission-critical environments
. This organization is helping shape the future of cooling infrastructure by developing scalable solutions that support rapidly increasing compute density, energy efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and deployment readiness.

*This team works across advanced thermal systems, liquid cooling, airside cooling, mechanical infrastructure, power integration, controls, modeling, validation, and customer-facing solution development. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can connect technical depth with real-world deployment needs, customer requirements, industry standards, and long-term product strategy.*

What’s In Store For You:

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity supporting a high-growth data center thermal systems portfolio.

The role offers the opportunity to influence cooling architecture for high-density compute environments, working closely with engineering, product, controls, modeling, field, sales, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams. Strong candidates will help define system concepts, evaluate design tradeoffs, support validation, contribute to technical documentation, and guide scalable thermal solutions for emerging data center needs.

Remote flexibility may be considered for exceptional candidates, with travel expected as needed for technical reviews, customer meetings, field validation, industry events, and project support.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead or support development of advanced thermal systems for data center, AI/HPC, hyperscale, and mission-critical applications.
  • Evaluate cooling architectures involving liquid cooling, direct-to-chip cooling, CDUs/TCS, cold plates, rack-level cooling, airside systems, chillers, dry coolers, heat exchangers, pumps, thermal storage, heat rejection, controls, and facility integ...
