Responsibilities
Summary:
The Technical Project Manager will own the post‑implementation phase for complex clients—particularly those with sophisticated contracting requirements, reporting obligations, third‑party integrations, or hardware/software needs beyond standard onboarding. This role ensures stakeholders stay aligned, outstanding tasks are executed, and clients experience a smooth, successful transition following Go‑Live. This position requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and prior experience managing projects tied to large government contracts, complex technical deliverables, or high‑revenue client engagements.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage all client onboardings post‑Go‑Live, serving as the primary point of contact for outstanding deliverables and ongoing onboarding tasks
• Drive completion of all tasks not covered in initial onboarding, ensuring no gaps remain during the transition to full operational status
• Interpret, analyze, and understand complex client contracts, identifying obligations related to reporting, integrations, hardware/software, and other post‑implementation needs
• Translate contractual requirements into actionable project plans and ensure all commitments are met
