Technical project manager - Network infrastructure

In this role, you will drive the delivery of critical network infrastructure initiatives across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, helping build the foundations of a rapidly scaling AI cloud platform. Combining strong engineering knowledge with strategic project execution, you will turn complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with network engineers, software developers, SREs, security specialists, platform teams, and external partners to improve reliability, automation, and operational efficiency. As an early contributor to the region's expansion, you will establish effective project management practices, coordinate distributed teams, and help shape infrastructure standards from the ground up. Beyond delivery, you will champion adoption by ensuring that new tools, workflows, and processes become trusted parts of everyday engineering operations. ### Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional network infrastructure projects across APAC, translating ambiguous problem statements into executable plans and successful outcomes.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria while aligning stakeholders across SRE, software engineering, networking, security, platform, and data center teams.
• Review technical designs and proposals, challenge assumptions, identify potential failure modes, and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies.
