Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage onboarding of new digital properties, workflows, and processes
• Coordinate activities between Product, Engineering, Training, and Support teams
• Create project plans, timelines, and communication updates
• Identify project risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Ensure support teams have needed tools, documentation, and training prior to launch
• Track and report implementation progress to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• High Scholl Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
• 1+ years of experience with organizational and planning skills
• 6+ months of experience with digital products, identity workflows, or call center operations
