We are a US-based, fully remote agency that specializes in web application development.  We help our clients by building their web apps and development teams, and we’re also often brought in to rescue existing apps and teams. We’ve been working for the last 15 years to build what we think is one of the best small software companies anywhere, measured not just by the quality of the software and service we deliver to our clients, but also by our ability to nurture and sustain an environment where people can thrive, both personally and professionally.

We are a small team of ~15, composed mainly of programmers and project managers. The team is spread out across North and South America, and while we’re fully remote, we have a close, synchronous communication style and team culture.

### Project Manager Role

We’re hiring for an entry-to-mid-level Project Manager to join our team. Our project managers are client-facing and technical; comfort with client interactions and account management is a requirement, but we’re fine for you to learn the technical aspect on the job.

Tighten's project managers play an essential role in setting the Tighten team up for success in our day-to-day project needs. We build software incrementally – we call it [agile, but not Agile](https://share.zight.com/01a034b9-fa47-78bb-a4a2-744096ec253c) – delivering working code early and often.
