About the Role

The
Team Manager
is a leadership role responsible for driving team performance, developing talent, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for our lending partners.

This role is ideal for a
mortgage production leader, sales manager, operations managers, processing manager, or branch manager
who has experience managing revenue-generating teams within the mortgage industry, and understands what it takes to build a high-performing culture.

You will lead a team of approximately 15 mortgage processors, providing client retention based coaching, client ownership, and strategic direction to ensure operational excellence.

This is not a passive management role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-accountability environment, knows how to coach people to achieve results, has a proven track record of improving team performance, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Performance

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 mortgage processors
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance discussions
• Identify performance gaps and create action plans for improvement
• Recognize top performers and develop future leaders
