About this role
Great opportunity for a busy photo and production house to ensure the smooth running of the studio.
No day will be the same, whether it’s supporting the photographers and production team on shoot, organising the logistics of upcoming projects or welcoming new joiners and clients to the studio.
You will be the glue in ensuring the best creative work is produced on time, to schedule and budget, and as seamlessly as possible.
- Hybrid working- 3 days in the London office
- £50k-£58k (+ opportunity for a bonus)

The role:
- Ensure the smooth running of the London Studio as well as overseeing studios in the US, supporting the founders with the view to scale the business
- Plan and prioritise current and upcoming projects, ensuring a seamless workflow and process
- Ensure everyone in the studio knows the agenda and time plan for the day, week and possibly month if you have visibility
- Greet clients when they arrive at the studio and make them welcome
- Supporting on photo shoots where needed
- Keep all operations up to date, including HR admin, compliance and contracts
- Look at improving process efficiencies where you can, and roll out new systems as the studio expands internationally
The person:
- Must have experience working in a creative space, e.g. photography, theatre, advertising, production, entertainment etc.)
- Organised and calm under pressure, someone who likes working in a busy environment
- A hands on attitude and happy to be the ‘go to’ person for any questions in the studio
- Understanding the US market helpful
- Self motivated and happy in a sole-charge role
- Ideally experience in a small and agile business
- Confident using Microsoft office as well as other resource management, project management or HR systems
