What You'll Own
- Manage a portfolio of structural engineering projects simultaneously, from conceptual/programming phase through construction administration
- Perform and oversee structural calculations and prepare complete contract document packages
- Coordinate directly with architects, contractors, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and guide EITs and engineering technicians supporting your projects
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and design teams, maintaining the firm's reputation for responsiveness and technical quality
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Dallas office through strong project delivery and client relationships
Requirements
- **5–6 years of structural engineering experience**, with at least some of that time spent managing or leading projects — you're ready to hit the ground running, not learning the basics on the job
- **Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering required** — candidates with civil engineering degrees will be considered only with demonstrated structural engineering project experience
