We have an opportunity for someone to join our team based in our Wooster St Shop in New York, NY as a Made to Measure Specialist, on a full-time basis. The Made to Measure Specialists at Paul Smith offers impeccable and personalized service to prospective and existing customers. This role contributes to the overall success of the business by providing a specialized service that elevates and enhances the in-store experience. Made to Measure Specialists are responsible for being ambassadors of the brand and furthering awareness of the brand offerings.

What you’ll be doing

Store Management:

• To maintain and increase sales throughout the year and achieve set financial & key performance targets
• To liaise with and update HQ Office regarding financial budgets and weekly reports relating to the shop, in the absence of the Shop Manager.
• To effectively manage all the shop staff in close liaison with the Shop Management and HR with all matters relating to the staff including recruitment, induction, training, disciplinaries, appraisals, and payroll approvals. To ensure that correct staffing levels are maintained at all times.
• To ensure weekly financial & performance reports are accurately completed and communicated to the rest of the team.
• To ensure that all corporate directives in RCR's are being followed and that deadlines are met.
