Belle trains and manages a network of nail technicians or “Community Health Workers” (CHWs) who provide in-home foot care (aka medical pedicures). While in the home, Community Health Workers complete assessments and screenings, often being the first to identify emerging issues below and above the knee. As these issues arise, a team of remote nurses coordinate care with other healthcare providers - preventing serious and costly episodes.

Belle is looking for a full-time State Operations Manager to lead high-performing field operations across Georgia by developing strong operational leaders, driving consistent execution, and ensuring Belle delivers an exceptional member experience as we scale. This role is based in Georgia, with regular field travel across the state (50-75% of time).
- Ensure the state meets or exceeds statewide monthly performance and quality benchmarks, including appointment completion rates, on-time performance, data quality, member satisfaction (CSAT), attendance, and CHW utilization.
- Monitor performance trends and risks across markets, Belle Operations Supervisors (BOS), and Community Health Workers (CHWs); drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational audits, quality reviews, and corrective actions are completed consistently and on time.
