Staff Software Engineer (Codegen)

About this role

• LibLab is is recently acquired by Postman but we’re an engineering company, by developers for developers

• Design, develop, and maintain software using modern languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various programming
• Languages and technologies
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide
• Technical support when required
• Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in software development
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintainable systems
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our
• Products where applicable
• Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the company
• Working on more complex project, cross teams, with much bigger impact
• Leading new initiatives end to end that have company impact
• Leadership experience - leading multiple teams of engineers
