In this mission-critical role, you will lead the architecture and development of agentic AI systems that deliver personalized pain reprocessing therapy and mindfulness interventions. You will bridge the gap between clinical science and software engineering, building the engine that helps millions of members retrain how their nervous systems process pain.


What You'll Accomplish

• Architect Next-Gen AI Therapies: Build and scale the agentic AI systems that power multi-session conversational therapy, ensuring they maintain context, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and align with clinical protocols.
• Build a Unified Education Platform: Design the centralized service that delivers personalized pain science education and mindset strategies, adapting content to each member's therapeutic goals.
• Drive Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for Brain Health in partnership with product and clinical leadership, balancing immediate delivery with scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure.
• Lead & Mentor: Act as a technical beacon for the team, mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and driving cross-functional collaboration across data science, clinical, and platform teams.
