Meet the Team
The Engineering organization is composed of cross-functional teams focused on platform infrastructure, product development, developer experience, scalability, and operational excellence.


As a Group IC, you will partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, and Senior Engineers to drive technical strategy and ensure consistency across systems, services, and engineering practices. This role operates at a multi-team level with broad organizational impact.


What You’ll Do
As a Group IC, you will provide technical leadership across teams and platforms, driving architectural strategy, engineering excellence, and scalable system design for cloud-based applications. You will lead high-impact technical initiatives, influence long-term engineering direction, and collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product, Release Management, DevOps, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.


This role will involve:

• Defining and maintaining the architectural vision across teams, platforms, and services to ensure scalability, reliability, maintainability, and long-term technical alignment
