Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant – San Diego, CA (Sorrento Valley-onsite) – $35–40/hour

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Hands on experience with AP, AR, and journal entries in a small or growing environment
• Comfortable working fully onsite and adapting quickly in a startup style setting

What you’ll do:

• Handle day-to-day AP and AR, including invoicing, cash application, and vendor payments using Bill.com
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations (bank, AP/AR, accruals)
• Support month-end close and maintain accurate accounting documentation in NetSuite

What does this position pay?


Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $35–$40 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
