What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support the National Real Estate Services leadership in analyzing strategic opportunities and managing team development programs
• Gather and analyze operational and financial data to inform leadership decisions and project assessments
• Develop tracking, reporting, and dashboard tools for initiative management and performance evaluation
• Manage communications and reporting for key NRES initiatives and projects
• Assist in the procurement process for major outsourcing solutions, ensuring successful data management and analysis

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business (real estate or finance focus), or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of business consulting or management experience
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in analysis, coordination, management, and consulting
• Proven experience in analyzing significant strategic solutions and business consulting
• Real estate operations experience with extensive report and presentation development skills for senior executives
