JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Partner with the Product Owner and Program Manager to manage agile project tracking, ensuring the project plan remains current and proactively identifying potential delivery risks.

·         Attend cross-functional virtual meetings to gather project steps, document dependencies, and build a comprehensive, integrated project plan.

·         Daily meetings with team to drive IT development projects.

·         Work directly with Engineering Program Manager and Technical Product Owner

Project Planning & Execution

·         Lead the development, creation, and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive project plans.

·         Integrate new feature initiatives into broader project timelines, ensuring plans remain current and adaptive.

·         Track and manage key milestones, proactively reporting on progress and upcoming deliverables.

Schedule & Resource Coordination

·         Maintain synchronized release schedules across all systems.

·         Align release activities with role assignments and identify resource overallocations or conflicts across overlapping plans.

Process Management

·         Document and maintain process flows and mini-project plans for recurring tasks.

·         Monitor execution of recurring processes and ensure timely completion.

·         Create and manage process documentation and task assignments for repeatable workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·         Track dependencies across related project plans and ensure alignment with broader program objectives.
