**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager dedicated to our Architectural Interiors division. This is a hands-on, office-and-shop-based role located inside our Long Island manufacturing facility. You will own custom architectural millwork and interior projects from drawing approval through final installation, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our internal estimators, drafting team, and shop fabricators.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Ownership:
Manage assigned architectural interior projects (typically 2 to 5 concurrent builds valued between $3M and $12M) from drawing approval to final closeout
- Value Engineering & Takeoffs:
Partner with internal estimators during early project phases to review construction documents, perform material takeoffs, and execute value engineering
- Shop Production Coordination:
Work daily on-site alongside our fabrication supervisors to monitor production progress, manage long-lead material procurement, resolve manufacturing bottlenecks, and keep builds on schedule.
