Job Summary:
The Sr. Digitally Enabled Operations Product Manager will lead the capabilities that help our research sites operate efficiently and consistently. This leader will shape PulseOps into a compelling operating platform for the business, fully integrated with patient recruitment and designed around the needs of site teams.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build trusted partnerships with site and Operations leaders, ensuring stakeholders feel heard and view PulseOps as a shared effort.
- Translate requests into underlying business and user needs, prioritize effectively, and clearly explain product decisions and tradeoffs.
- Determine where workflows should be standardized, where configuration creates meaningful differentiation, and how site-specific needs can become reusable capabilities.
- Ensure data and workflows transition seamlessly from patient recruitment into site operations.
