Are you an organized and results-driven construction professional with experience coordinating complex projects, managing stakeholders, and supporting successful project delivery?

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. This role works closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong construction knowledge, project coordination skills, risk management capabilities, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Assist the Project Manager throughout all phases of construction projects, from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Support successful project execution by ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Track project milestones and ensure completion of assigned tasks.

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Support preparation of project proposals and planning documentation.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays or impacts.
• Coordinate project workflow and support timely completion of project objectives.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Prepare regular progress reports and project updates for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Support project forecasting and status communication activities.
