Reports – Sr. Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the monthly demand database to support strategic decision‑making and long‑range sourcing plans.
• Build and maintain advanced forecasting models, cost breakdowns, and tracking tools to support internal decision-making.
• Demand tracking and data management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates to support sourcing activities.
• Vendor onboarding and item creation, including data setup, validation, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
• Price updates and system maintenance, ensuring pricing changes are accurately reflected across ERP systems and aligned with supplier agreements.
• KPI dashboards and reporting, developing and maintaining visual reporting tools to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Conduct spend analysis and consolidation to identify opportunities for cost savings, supplier optimization, and category strategies.
