Role Overview

We are hiring a Software QA Engineer to lead test strategy across products. The role combines deep test engineering with collaboration across product and engineering — building confidence in every release.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy and planning for major features and releases

• Build robust automated test frameworks across web, mobile, and API

• Conduct performance, load, and security testing as needed

• Mentor junior QA team members and review test coverage

• Partner with product and engineering on quality definitions

• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years in software QA with strong automation focus

• Proficiency with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium)

• Programming proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java

• Experience with API testing and performance tooling (JMeter, k6)

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows

• Strong written communication and bug reporting discipline
