ICF is seeking a Software Engineer (Java, SQL Server). This position will be focused on maintaining and enhancing the existing Java and SQL Server-based platform; optimizing and modernizing backend services; and supporting cloud-ready architecture initiatives.


This position requires deep hands-on experience with Java-based enterprise systems and advanced SQL Server development, including complex stored procedures, performance tuning, and database optimization. Experience with React is considered a plus but is not required.


You should have experience with common development tools, techniques, and enterprise application design patterns. All team members are dynamic with experience delivering end-to-end solutions, with strong emphasis on backend and database technologies.
