About The Team
Business Operations owns the post-purchase journey for fans through three core teams: Marketplace Operations, Active Support, and Fulfillment. The
Marketplace Operations team
earns and protects fan trust by delivering the best ticket inventory worldwide. We’re obsessively customer-focused, constantly experimenting to make buying and selling tickets seamless and reliable.


Marketplace Ops owns the
bottom of the funnel
, everything after a transaction, where trust is built or broken. From refunds and payments to shipping extensions and replacements, we build the systems that back every order...
