About this role
### Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience programming in Python.
- Experience with training machine learning models.
### Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- Experience publishing in venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, COLT, ICLR) or contributing to open-source projects related to ML.
- Experience with ML frameworks (JAX, PyTorch) for large-scale model training.
- Experience applying ML research to generative models, specifically in areas of post-training Gemini models.
