Job Description
As a Software Engineering Co-op, you will be part of a team developing and testing software for digital oscilloscopes and other test equipment, geared toward specific customer applications, such as serial data physical layer compliance, automotive serial data testing, power analysis, and more. Your responsibilities will focus around designing and testing software for digital oscilloscopes. Additionally, you will gain exposure to manufacturing and operations through new product development and assist with manufacturing-engineering troubleshooting efforts.
Requirements:
- Pursuing BSEE or equivalent with at least 2 years of coursework completed
- Pursuing MSEE or equivalent
- Development experience in C/C++ and Python programming
- Knowledge of firmware programming principles
- Knowledge of digital and analog hardware electronics
- Familiarity with electronics test equipment, like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Demonstrate skills in problem solving and proactivity
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
