Software Engineer (Console)

About this role

• The Cloud Platform team is a high-visibility team responsible for the interfaces to our customer-facing products
• We own our cloud developer experience, providing our customers observability into their cloud resources and enabling effective, cohesive interfaces to manage them via our Console UI, REST/gRPC API, Infrastructure-as-code, CLI and SDKs
• We also own our billing platform and administrative tools for internal and external customers. We’re looking to grow our team across multiple experience levels to meet the growing demand for CoreWeave services. This particular opening is aligned to Console/Admin, where engineers work across both service and UI layers
• As a Software Engineer on the Cloud Platform team, you will play a key role in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining the backend systems described above. For this Console/Admin-focused opening, the role is backend-leaning but full-stack in practice: approximately 25% to 40% of the work will involve building and maintaining frontend experiences in TypeScript and React
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across CoreWeave, including engineers, product managers and designers to shape the team’s strategy and roadmap
• Build and maintain frontend experiences in Console/Admin using TypeScript and React, especially for workflows that help customers and internal operators manage cloud resources
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure and performant backend services, APIs, and databases for our next-generation systems
• Participate in design discussions and architectural decisions to drive technical solutions that align with our business goals
• Contribute to software development best-practices, including writing maintainable and testable code and participating in thorough code reviews
• Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner, providing high-level support when necessary
