The Opportunity:
We're hiring a
Software Engineer II
to join our
Clinical Data Platform team
— the team responsible for the secure, scalable infrastructure that powers Grow’s clinical data systems. You’ll work on backend services and APIs that model, store, and expose care data across our platform, enabling compliant documentation, partner integrations, and measurable outcomes.
You’ll join a collaborative team of engineers focused on data modeling, service modularization, and secure data access. This is a growth-oriented role ideal for engineers early in their careers who are excited about backend systems, data architecture, and building infrastructure that directly impacts healthcare delivery at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs that power Grow’s medical record systems, including notes, invoices, measures, and exports.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of canonical care data models that support reporting, billing, and partner integrations.
- Participate in the transition from monolith to domain-aligned services, helping modularize core care workflows.
