About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer who loves building clean, scalable systems and solving real problems. You’ll work on high-impact products that help teams make better decisions through data and knowledge.

This is a
fully remote
role with flexible hours that align well with India time zones.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Write clean, reliable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with product and engineering teammates
• Improve system performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Help shape architecture and best practices as we grow

What We’re Looking For

- Strong fundamentals in Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, OOP)
- Hands-on experience with at least one of:
Python, Java, C++, or similar
- Experience building or maintaining APIs and working with databases
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative development
- Good problem-solving skills and clear communication
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering
or
equivalent practical experience (strong projects count)

Bonus (nice to have, not required)

• Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and performance optimization
• Previous remote work experience
