The Role

• Design, develop, monitor, and maintain enterprise business intelligence solutions using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server.

• Lead the entire BI lifecycle, from requirements gathering and data modeling to dashboard creation and deployment.

• Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability while ensuring data integrity.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robust BI solutions.

• Mentor junior developers on best practices and professional growth.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

• 5+ years in BI development with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, SQL Server, data modeling, architecture, and ETL.

• Strong leadership, project management abilities, and advanced SQL proficiency.

• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of BI best practices and emerging data trends.
