Software Engineer

About this role

This employer is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to critical government projects. The role involves the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and maintenance of complex systems.

The Role

• Analyze user and system requirements to design, develop, test, modify, and maintain software applications.

• Debug and enhance existing software, develop database queries and algorithms, and integrate software into new environments.

• Collaborate with engineers and users to identify solutions and ensure systems meet performance standards.

• Support software installation, testing activities, and improve development processes.

What You'll Need

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.

• Fourteen (14) years of Software Engineering experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in Python and PySpark, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS services (Lambda, Glue, DynamoDB).
