The Role

• Lead the development and maintenance of quantitative analytical models to identify trends and forecast outcomes

• Perform extensive quantitative analysis and research to support engineering studies and strategic initiatives

• Evaluate, develop, and implement strategic engineering projects with significant financial and operational impact

• Provide expert opinions and serve as a subject matter expert in quantitative engineering

• Train and mentor team members, contributing to continuous professional development

What You'll Need

• Graduate degree (MS or above) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science)

• 8+ years of professional experience in quantitative engineering or analysis

• Proven expertise in developing and maintaining analytical models using MATLAB, Python, R, C++, SQL, and VBA

• Strong ability to articulate business questions and translate analysis results into actionable recommendations

• Deep understanding of engineering principles, designs, and practices
