About the role

White Glove Technology is the technology team within White Glove Insurance. We build mobile experiences, agency software, and AI workflows for the people managing coverage every day.

You will work across the interface, the backend, and the connections between them. We value demonstrated ability and engineering judgment, without requiring a senior title or a fixed number of years of experience.

What you will build

• Mobile applications for onboarding, policy documents, and service requests.
• AI features that use tools and APIs with clear permissions and human review.
• Backend services, databases, and integrations supporting mobile and web products.
• Reliable releases with authentication, access controls, tests, and clear failure handling.

What you bring

• Mobile experience with React Native and Expo, or another mobile stack and the ability to learn ours.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, React, backend APIs, and relational databases.
• Practical use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, including reviewing and verifying their output.
• An understanding of tool calling, context, persistent state, permissions, retries, and AI evaluation.
• Clear communication and ownership from an early idea through implementation and release.

Engagement and location

This opening is fully remote within the United States and starts as a 1099 contract. Applicants must currently reside in the United States and work from within the United States. Compensation will be discussed during interviews based on your skills, experience, and the scope of the role.
