This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who understands gaming culture, thrives in fast-moving digital communities, and knows how to create engaging, on-brand interactions across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do

1. Lead social community management across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and Facebook by monitoring conversations, responding to engagement, and escalating issues as needed
2. Build and grow online communities by engaging fans, creators, and influencers, while supporting programs such as AMAs, contests, fan-art features, in-game events, and creator spotlights
3. Deliver timely, on-brand audience engagement by responding to questions, comments, and DMs in the right language, localizing communication for different markets, and coordinating with support teams when required
4. Manage content publishing by owning the social calendar, creating and scheduling daily posts, supporting campaigns and live updates, testing content performance, and ensuring high-quality, accurate execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• **3+** years managing social media and/or community f**or a consumer app, gaming title, or entertainment brand**
• Proven experience managing audience engagement across multiple social platfrom
• Strong familiarity **with gaming, avatar/UGC, or virtual-world communities**
• Hands-on experience **with TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit**
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools such **as: Sprout, Khoros, Sprinklr, Hoots**uite or similar platforms
• Excellent writing skills with a strong feel for tone, culture, and community nuance
• Ability to remain calm and responsive during launches, outages, or viral moments
