Role Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to handle content, campaigns, and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create, manage content and posting calendars
• Create newsletters, white papers, campaign emails, and social posts
• Turn business activities into clear, engaging, and outcome-focused content
• Run campaigns and build engagement with clients and candidates
• Support brand visibility and audience growth
• Convert business updates, projects, and achievements into simple and impactful content
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance
• Build online engagement with clients, candidates, and industry professionals
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging
• Stay updated with social media trends, B2B marketing strategies, and platform updates

Requirements

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of B2B/tech content
• Experience with LinkedIn-focused marketing
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into impactful content
• Creative, organized, and growth-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
• Knowledge of email marketing and content marketing strategies
