### Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, create, and execute engaging content across **LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok**
• Design, edit, photograph, and film high-quality content using **Adobe Creative Suite, Canva**, and similar tools
• Develop creative, data-driven social media strategies to accelerate client visibility and growth
• Research, pitch, and clearly explain new social media ideas and trends to clients
• Write compelling captions and long-form storytelling aligned with each client’s brand voice and goals
• Build and manage **monthly content calendars** across all platforms
• Oversee day-to-day client communication, approvals, and revisions via **Loomly**
• Collaborate with internal team members via email and project workflows to deliver assets on time
• Analyse performance metrics, social trends, and insights to optimise content strategy
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for client-facing weekly status calls
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Social Media Managers, fostering a creative and high-performing culture
• Conduct daily social listening and community engagement across all assigned accounts
