We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Translation Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of clinical document translations in a highly regulated global environment. This role will partner closely with Medical Writing teams, business stakeholders, and translation service providers to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely translations while driving innovation through AI-enabled translation technologies.


What You Will Do
You will manage day-to-day project and programme management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.


Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead end-to-end management of clinical document translation projects, ensuring quality, compliance, budget adherence, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, medical writers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external translation vendors.
• Coordinate translation requirements, project planning, resource allocation, and execution from project initiation through completion.
• Monitor translation timelines, budgets, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance requirements across multiple concurrent projects.
• Provide expert project management support to clinical teams, including risk assessment, scope management, and vendor oversight.
• Drive the implementation, optimization, and governance of AI-enabled translation platforms and translation management tools.
