• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources using advanced project management tools such as Microsoft Project, TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software development, IT infrastructure, database administrators (SQL, Oracle), and cloud computing specialists to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and deliverables; develop detailed test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Oversee project stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues; negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts to maintain momentum.
