The Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect and build the core systems that power CYPHER’s products at scale. You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, drive thoughtful design decisions, and set a high bar for code quality, performance, and reliability. In this role, you will mentor and elevate other engineers, influence engineering best practices, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software. Your work will directly shape a scalable, resilient platform and meaningfully enhance how users experience CYPHER products every day.

What You Will Do:

• Architect, build, and evolve complex, production-grade software systems that underpin CYPHER’s core products, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Own technical design and execution for significant features and services, translating product and business requirements into clear, well-reasoned engineering solutions.
• Set and uphold engineering standards through rigorous code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation that raise the quality bar across the team.
