The Role

The Claims Solutions team builds the platform behind the entire claims experience, supporting both the landlords who submit claims and the internal teams who process them. Claims sits at the heart of the promise we make to our customers: when something goes wrong, this is where we deliver. A fast, accurate, and frictionless claims process is what turns a policy into real protection, which makes it one of the most consequential parts of the business to get right. The team builds the systems and tooling that make that possible, across the full stack, while supporting the operations, adjudication, and analytics teams that depend on them.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll own a slice of the platform end to end, taking features from requirements through development, QA, and production. You'll build reliable, user-focused systems that keep the claims experience fast and frictionless and give internal teams the data and tooling they need to adjudicate quickly.
