__Your Responsibilities__
* Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
* Lead the implementation of complex features and technical initiatives from concept to production.
* Architect reliable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions for a growing SaaS platform.
* Apply AI technologies to improve product development, engineering workflows, and delivery speed.
* Build and maintain internal AI-powered tools, skills, agents, and automations that increase engineering productivity.
* Evaluate and integrate modern AI capabilities into products and development processes.
* Drive software quality, operational excellence, and great developer experience.
* Perform code and solution reviews while promoting engineering best practices.
* Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
