About the role

We are looking for senior engineers to work on the most demanding tasks in an AI training data project for a leading global technology company. You will evaluate complex code and multi-step AI agent work, and set the quality bar for the tasks you review.

What you will do

• Evaluate complex AI-generated code and multi-step agent solutions for correctness, design and performance
• Write hard test cases and reference solutions, including tricky edge cases
• Grade outputs against detailed rubrics and write precise, well-reasoned justifications
• Review the work of other contributors where needed and help resolve disagreements on difficult tasks

What we are looking for

• 5 or more years of professional software development experience
• Deep expertise in at least one of: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++ or Go
• Strong grasp of algorithms, system design and code quality
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading code reviews is a plus
• Strong written English
• A reliable laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection

Pay and engagement

• USD 100/hour, paid per approved task. Each task has an average handling time, and your per-task rate is your hourly rate converted to that time.
• Independent contractor engagement, paid through the client's contractor platform (Greenlight)
• Fully remote, flexible hours
