Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, LLM Applications, Copilots, or Autonomous Systems in production environments.
- Experience working at a global product company with large-scale user-facing products.
- Proven experience owning and shipping products or major features end-to-end.
- Strong preference for candidates who have contributed to a 0-to-1 product journey or built new products/features from concept to production.
- Strong backend engineering and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, tool calling, RAG, workflow automation, memory systems, or agent frameworks.
- Experience building reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient systems in production.
- Strong cloud infrastructure and deployment experience.
- Strong product thinking and ability to connect technical decisions with customer outcomes.
- High ownership, execution focus, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with frontier AI technologies and AI-assisted development workflows.
