Schwab's Enterprise Delivery Enablement organization is seeking a senior Software Development & Engineering Lead to help drive modernization of the engineering ecosystem that supports software engineers across the firm. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, cloud transformation, enterprise integrations, DevOps, and developer productivity.

The successful candidate will help shape and implement the next generation of engineering platforms and services supporting strategic initiatives including cloud adoption, enterprise-scale migrations, SDLC modernization, automation, and AI-enabled engineering practices. This is a highly visible technical leadership role that requires a strong engineering foundation, a passion for solving complex enterprise challenges, and the ability to influence technical direction across globally distributed teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills and thrives in environments that balance modernization efforts with operational excellence.

• Design, build, and support enterprise platforms, services, and integrations that enable software delivery across Schwab.
• Lead technical execution of strategic modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, migration programs, and engineering platform evolution.
• Design and implement scalable APIs, integration patterns, and automation solutions that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
